Using nature immersion for well-being.
Nature Seychelles’ Green Health Program combined yoga and fitness in natural surroundings, with conservation activities.
Designed to combine a diverse range of classes, workshops and special events, it offered participants the opportunity to explore and develop every aspect of their well being – be it physical strength, aerobic fitness, mental and emotional wellness, and diet – by using nature as the pivot.
The aim is to use the incredible environment we have around us as natural therapy and to get people interested in nature through a different route.
