Small islands often make great case studies when considering the flow of sediment and it is easy to see the effects that the seasons and the overriding currents associated with them have on the shoreline of Cousin Island, a Special Reserve managed by Nature Seychelles.

Michaela Maria brings a whole new meaning to the expression ‘been there, done that got a t-shirt’. Michaela has volunteered with Nature Seychelles twice on Cousin Island Special Reserve and she found her own way of making the memories of her experience last as long as possible.

On 25th February 2016, The Rotary Club of Victoria officially handed over the Green Health on the map project over to Nature Seychelles in a ceremony held at The Sanctuary in Roche Caiman. The project is an initiative funded by the Rotary Club of Victoria and implemented by Nature Seychelles with the aim of sharing knowledge with Seychellois on healthier lifestyles through connecting with and conserving nature.
