Five Star Resort at Anse Louis

The construction of a 21 million euro five star hotel is underway at Anse Louis.  The project, which consists of the construction of 30 villas, is a joint venture between Southern Sun Hotels and a local entrepreneur Mr. Joe Albert.
Construction of the 20 hillside and 10 beach villas, is already underway.  According to the plan, each villa will offer private dining, twin showers and bathtubs set at the same water level as that of a surrounding swimming pool.  The establishment will require 140 workers once it is fully operational in the middle of next year.

The establishment will be targeting visitors at the top end of the market.  It is to be noted Mr. Albert owns Creole holidays and Travel Services Seychelles among other businesses.  Southern Sun hotels operates the Paradise Sun Hotel and is owned by Tsogo Sun Group, which run 82 tourism establishments in the Africa region.
